My name is Phyllis Wood and I live in Lennoxtown which is easily accessible from Glasgow; Falkirk and Stirling. In fact , West Central Scotland.

I am a qualified, person-centred counsellor holding a postgraduate diploma in counselling from Strathclyde University. As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy I am bound by its ethical framework for good practice in counselling and psychotherapy and subject to the professional conduct procedures therein. I have regular supervision of my work in line with BACP guidelines and attend regular on-going training.

I also hold the Cosca (Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland) Certificate in Counselling skills from the same University.
